Soo this is sold as heavy duty and I used it as a dishwasher and it is not 100 percent water proof is more like water repellent but if you wash dishes for 8 hrs it starts to peel and waterlogged. It is kinda heavy and the straps on the top really doesn't make it comfortable to use

The apron itself is good at preventing water on your clothing, the string however to tie your apron in my case has somewhat fallen apart bit by bit after it became wet, it doesn't hold together all in one after prolong wetness. .

Man these work perfect!! Wipes off everything easily and they are thick too shield you from popping hot grease.
