Hint of sour
The candy is freeze dried. It has a hint of sour but it's mostly sweet. The texture is crispy and doesn't have any stickiness. I like that it was a bit chewy but doesn't cause any toothaches either.

this is how skittles are supposed to be!
I love these things! I think they're just freeze dried skittles, but they're so much better than skittles. The texture is light and crunchy, instead of the way skittles stick to my teeth and is chewy. The dryness of it reminds me of cotton candy, just because that's another light weight dry sugar candy, but this one is crunchy. So picture cotton candy, but crunchy, and with a more pronounced flavor. The flavor is the same as skittles, I guess. I mean it has to be, right? But the texture has a big influence on the experience, so it's very different. For me, skittles are fine. I have a few every few years. Obviously I'm not a big skittles eater. But these things are tasty!

Some are more sour than others
The first try of these, I was surprised by how sour it was, but then I guess maybe I got used to it because I didn't think the rest were sour at all. Either way, very good taste. My only disappointment with these, and other freeze dried items is that they're always in such a small bag. Wish there were more!

They’re not bad
They’re not bad but they aren’t great. I thought they were gonna be shower, but they’re clearly regular. They have some sort of sour powder on them so when you stick your hand in the bag, it’s like baby powder gets all over you Not bad, but if you’re expecting sour skittles, that is not what you could get
