Unfortunately, my experience was significantly different from what was advertised. **Major Issues:** - Overly Aggressive Adhesion During Removal: The most concerning problem was that each time I changed the dressing, it would tear off the newly formed skin that was healing underneath. This caused bleeding and reopened wounds that were nearly healed, completely defeating the purpose of wound protection. On two occasions, the trauma from removal actually led to signs of potential infection, requiring additional care beyond what the original wound needed. - Poor Adhesion on Mobile Skin Areas: Ironically, while the adhesive was too strong during removal, it failed to stay properly attached in areas where skin moves frequently (joints, hands, etc.). The edges would lift and peel back within the first two hours of application, with approximately one-third of the patch border coming loose. This compromised the sterile environment and allowed dirt and bacteria to potentially enter. **What Could Be Improved:** - Consider reformulating the adhesive to balance secure attachment with gentle removal - Include clearer instructions on proper removal techniques to minimize skin trauma - Provide guidance on which body areas are suitable for this product - Consider developing different adhesive strengths for various wound locations **Positive Notes:** The scissors included are convenient, and the transparent design does blend well with skin tone. The size is also generous for customization. **Bottom Line:** While I appreciate the concept and the quality reputation of Daewoong Pharmaceutical, this product did not work for my wound care needs and actually set back my healing process.
