Improperly Made Lid & Handle
I bought this Laura Ashley Slow Cooker (6.8 quart) for our Friendsgiving get together, but the handle is not attached properly to the lid. I tried to get them to send a replacement for just the lid, but they refused and sent me to Laura Ashley’s customer service who didn’t help either. Sorely disappointed.

This crock checks all the boxes for me.. Super simple old school dial, beautiful updated aesthetics, heating element is working great and even, and the price is right! I would have given 5 stars but it doesn’t sit evenly, seems like that was missed in QC. I kept it anyway becauseI didn’t want it to end up in a landfill when it works fine and no one but me will know it’s a little wobbly. I’m sure it’s just a fluke and yours will sit just right.

It works well but expensive for what you get
I received a beautiful blue and white crockpot. The crockpot is oval shaped and is a 6.8 quart capacity. I’ve used it to make a few things and it worked well. I am bit disappointed that the outer shell is not put on evenly and has a bulge in the back seam. Thankfully this is cosmetic and does not affect the way the crockpot works. For the price I paid I would like to see more care in all aspects of the item. I could have bought a cheaper style but choose this as it matches my kitchen decor.
