Great improvement for a low cost
Great product. Mounted these inside my handgrips on my MTB bars, next to the brake/shift lever mounts. The distance between them was less then the bars on my road bike, but they did not interfere with the shifters or brakes. In this position my aerodynamics were much improved, in comparison to when my hands were on my mtb grips. Riding into wind I tried my conventional MTB hand position to the new one with these drops. Staying in the same gear, on a flat paved section of road, riding into a steady wind, I was running about 15 mph with a fair amount of effort, with my hands on the MTB bars. Moving to the drops with a little less effort I was going 3 mph faster. I repeated this test 3 times with similar results. The tuck was similar to that I hold on my road bike, with hands a bit closer together. One change I will make is there were no grips or wrap and my hands got sore in a fairly short amount of time. I will add some wrap or grips and try to report back. Update- added some bar wrap and this made them a lot more comfortable. I can ride a lot further with making my hands sore.

Neat attachment
Well I like him ok. Comfortable in the drops. Easy to install. Good for the price. The reason for 4 stars instead of five is that it it requires road/drop brake levers to ride in the drops safely and I didn't see that mentioned anywhere in the posting for item.

Sick Addition
Easy to install, definitely worth the price. A lil dangerous if you don't convert your brakes as well. Overall though they look great and I can't wait to hit the town with these! Edit: Coming back 2 months later to say that I am completely in love with these. They've actually got me up and on my bike all the time now because they make it so fun to ride! I absolutely zip down hills with these things. I feel like I'm riding a light cycle. Still haven't updated my brakes to make them compatible, but I feel safe and have gotten comfortable with riding one hand on these, one hand on my OG handlebars so I can still access my brakes if I'm in traffic. These things rock!

Purchased to use Zwift Play controllers on mountain bike handlebars
As the title says, bought these to attach to the handlebars of my 1994 Trek 820 Antelope mountain bike that I have stripped down to use as an indoor trainer. Added a five inch section of bike handlebar tape to each side and connected the Zwift Play controllers to use with my Zwift Hub and iPad. The handle bar extensions are nice and tight, and the controllers sit at the correct angle to use. The bars tighten down easily and have not moved in the first few hundred hours of rides.

Best of two worlds, but with risk!
This cool add-on accessory allows a flat-bar cyclist the best of two worlds: to steer from a low aerodynamic position - or from a high, upright position. 5 Stars for making this possilbe! The risk arrises in emergency situations when you relocate the brake levers to the drop downs, and ride from an upright position, or visa versa. Also, If you use a rear-view mirror mounted to the bar end(s), you will find yourself adjusting the angle each time you change hand positions. 1 Star for that headache. Something to think about. Good luck!

No more Elbow soreness!
I didn't think it would be possible to convert my default bike bar into a drop bar like I have been wanting but this definitely made it possible. Installation was a breeze and fit so well and has not moved since then. I put handlebar grip around it and you could never tell that I did not have a Drop Bar attachment. This thing has made my Rides more enjoyable and no longer have to stress my elbows.

Good quality, but they have limitations
The quality is fine, so the drop position is fine, but riding with your hands at the connecting point isn't remotely comfortable.

Gutes Upgrade!

A two-in-one solution that works as expected
These bar ends not only allow you to enter a 'drops position' for better aerodynamics but due to their design they also double as conventional bar ends when you hold onto them from the top, allowing you to have more of a 'hoods' or 'ramps position.' Because of this versatility, I think they are a must-have for riders of flat-bar road and gravel bikes, as they allow you to enjoy the benefits of a drop-bar bike while maintaining the control and familiarity of a flat bar. Being in the 'drops position' is much more comfortable and aerodynamic than holding onto the bar from the centre, while also being far safer than using aero bars. The downside is that your hands will be away from the brakes and shifter, which requires you to be mindful of road conditions and when to switch positions. However, it's less of an issue if you're in the 'ramps position' where your hands are closer to them.
