This product is simply outstanding! I use it at least twice a day to supplement raw ingredients in fruit/vegetable smoothies. When blended with a VitaMix blender, it dissolves completetely and is not chalky. It is especially good mixed with banana/chocolate/PB smoothies. Unlike many other nutriceutical products, it doesn't contain any artificial sweetners or additives. It really fills you up and I use it both as a supplement and meal replacement (lunch).I have never left a review on Amazon.com before, but I feel very strongly about my situation. We have had several delivery issues with UPS/USPS due to our rural location. The CEO of EidoPro, Dr. Steven Muskal, personally contacted me over e-mail and Amazon communications over a dozen times already and has PERSONALLY worked to get this product delivered in bulk to my house, despite the problems we had with Amazon's delivery. He must have spent literally an hour or two of his time over the past month to make sure I was completely satisfied with an alternative bulk delivery. He even choose to eat the return fee that UPS was charging for the delivery problems (UPS refused to deliver beyond a locked gate on a rural road, instead saying the address was incorrect, despite delivering there before).I have rarely had a company representative, let alone the CEO of a company EVER assist me to such a great degree as Mr. Muskal has. I am proud to do business with a company of such integrity and look forward to ordering other nutriceuticals from them in the future! Do not hesitate to buy anything from EidoPro, you will not be dissapointed! They are awesome!!!

Have used this only four times but am very happy with it so far. I use it in smoothies. Yesterday, I used it in a vegetable casserole. (This powder is unsweetened and unflavored, thank goodness! Without flavoring, my smoothies taste like fruits/vegetables instead of vanilla. I don't want my pineapple smoothies to taste like chocolate, either, and don't want my kale smoothie to taste like strawberries.) The casserole took twice as long to cook and the texture looked weird. However, the flavor was the same as without: delicious. NOTE: SINCE WRITING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW, I learned that ALL whey protein powders "curdle" when heated to 120 degrees or more. Now, I' not sure how to incorporate it into cooked foods.I wish more manufacturers eliminated sweetener and flavorings from their protein powders. This powder is low in fat and cholesterol. I wish it were 100% free of fat and cholesterol. If you're trying to lose weight by eating/drinking smoothies, make sure you get a protein powder that is VERY low in fat and cholesterol. If you know of a fat- and cholesterol-free protein powder that does not contain any flavoring or sweetener, please let me know.MAY 29, 2016: Been using this for a while now and I really like it. This was my 1st protein powder (I've recently become more serious about fitness) and I purchased it based on the high protein to low calorie/carb ratio and the fact it was unsweetened/unflavored.The 1st time I used the powder, I attempted to mix it with hot coffee -not a good idea, chunks galore!Every subsequent use, I added the powder to a smoothie or as the main ingredient of my post-workout protein shake and yielded great results! In my post-workout shake, I did notice some chunks/settling but since I use a shaker bottle, it's nothing a few shakes between gulps couldn't manage. I never tried baking with this product but since I found it to be quite a fine powder and completely tasteless -I don't see why it wouldn't work.After adding this powder to my diet/workout routine, I continued to drop weight and definitely have noticed muscle gains, so I can attest that it is effective!The major concern I have with this protein powder is the lack of larger quantity options. I used this entire bag in 3 WEEKS, that was 3 weeks of almost daily consumption of the recommended serving size before I ran out. I would love to buy more because few other powders I've found for a comparable price offer the same high protein/low carb numbers -but if this bag only lasts me less than a month. Unless I "subscribe & save" (which I don't want to do yet), I'm not sure how practical it is for regular use. Ultimately, I wound up going with a different brand which allowed me to buy twice the quantity of powder for only slightly more money and with similar nutritional values.I would certainly purchase this powder again though if it were offered in a larger quantity.

I'm a little disappointed and here's why... I purchased this product when it was Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, and Xanthan Gum. When making that purchase I was SO impressed that I found a protein powder without soy or sweetener. I liked the product too. It didn't mix so well with just a liquid and shaker bottle - but I was fine with using the blender to avoid soy.I got a nice little e-mail with a coupon code from EdioPro regarding their "new and improved" packaging with more protein per scoop. I can see that is due to removing the concentrate and only using isolate. Unfortunately... it now includes soy lecithin. I understand that in lecithin form there isn't much "soy." It still really irritated me as my decision in choosing THIS product in it's former compound was because there was no soy.When I purchased the "new and improved" product I was under the impression that there was still no soy. Not that it was listed as a soy-free product, but due to my prior research. I was very disappointed to find out it now contains soy.
