Classic Accessories Veranda Water-Resistant 13 Foot Offset Patio Umbrella & Frame Cover, Patio Furniture Covers

I bought this umbrella cover a while ago but it was still within the warranty period when it ripped. I had never sent in a registration card so I wondered if they would honor the warranty. I decided to take a chance and contacted Classic Accessories to let them know the cover had ripped. Being in the Pacific Northwest we get a lot of rain and pretty hot summers so the cover has been through some pretty bad weather. The company was super prompt about returning my email. They quickly provided information where I could file a claim online (which was extremely easy). I sent a picture of the rip, the part number from the tag and when it was purchased on Amazon. Low and behold, within about 10 days they sent me not 1 but 2 brand new covers!!! I’m not sure if it’s possible to have a material that will last forever and not get dry rot so for the quality and durability I have to give it four stars, water resistance a solid five stars, and for the company’s customer experience, I give 100 stars!!!!! Thank you Classic Accessories! :)

Zipper quality has been adequate as has been straps. The stability has been good in Florida's with recent weather changes of rainfall, extreme heat, winter cold & winds. This is our 3rd order of said product with an average lifespan of 3 yrs before holes appear @ top.

This cover fits the offset large canopy umbrella I got from a major retailer locally. While the drawstring at the bottom and lack of a large pole make it a bit inconvenient to put on, it's a thick material and has worked great to protect my investment in the umbrella. Because I have a very long pool skimmer telescoping pole, I use that to get the cover on and off and it only takes seconds to hoist it up.

This is a sturdy umbrella cover. It has plenty of room for an umbrella with offset frame. It lasted nearly a year in the Arizona desert before it ripped right beside the top seam. The sun is brutal here, and presumably it weakened the fabric. But Classic Accessories quickly replaced the cover with a brand new one when we filed a warranty claim, at no cost whatsoever to us. We have their Weber grill cover which is still going strong after 5 years, and will not hesitate to purchase covers from Classic Accessories in the future This is a sturdy cover. Classic Accessories could make it even tougher by doubling up the fabric along the top edge, which bears the weight of the cover. EDIT to add that after a another year in the hot Arizona sun (hottest summer on record), the replacement cover failed in the same way (seam split along top) -- and Classic Accessories REPLACED IT AGAIN. That is really standing behind a warranty. Kudos.

well made and a great buy for a cover, we live in the snow country and it is a very strong cover.

I love this! It was so easy to put on and use over my big cantilever umbrella! I wasn't sure if I would like the quality, or if it would be easy to put over the umbrella & secure. The answer is an easy YES, I really like everything about it, and it has done extremely well throughout the winter so far. I would definitely recommend this to protect your umbrella!

UPDATE: Deducted another 2 stars because after trying to put this cover in several times, it is worthless without a lift rod. I have been trying to use a rod from a retired cover and it just doesn’t work. Find a cover with an integrated rod for these tall umbrellas. Now I am stuck with a worthless cover! I have a several Classic Accessories covers for my outdoor furniture and they have become my go to supplier for covers because they are well made, heavy duty fabric with ventilation and durable. They won’t last only a season or two like so many others I have tried. I bought this one for a cantilever umbrella to replace one of those other cheap non-durable covers I mentioned that only lasted a year. My only complaint with this is there is no rod included to push the cover up when putting it on and taking it off. I should deduct more stars for this reason than just one. For an umbrella like this they are very tall so a rod is necessary to put the cover on and off. I took the rod from the old cover for now and need to figure out a way to jerry rig it in.

This fits great over our sunbrella. This is the 2nd won we purchased for it. Unfortunately they do not last very long over the warranty period. I still highly recommend these products to keep your outdoor items i.e. umbrella, spa, AC, from premature aging due to the climate.

I have purchased several products from this company. I have had this umbrella for a few months now with zero issues. The quality is good for the price, it is a thick material. The long drawstring and zipper seem to be well made. The cover is wide and fit my large patio umbrella with easy. This company also offers a 3 year warranty on most of their products which is great.

You will need a long pole with a hook to get this onto the closed umbrella. The manual shows climbing a step ladder to do it - laughable. Despite that, the cover seems to be decent quality and covers my 11ft x 11ft umbrella with volume to spare. I would buy it again.

Bought this to replace an earlier version. Placing it over the top of the umbrella is really difficult without getting out a ladder every time however my earlier cover had a 40" tent pole sewn into the edge of the zip which provided a way to push the cover up and over the top of the umbrella. I cut a very small slot in the seam of this cover and switched the pole to this cover - problem solved. Recommend that the manufacturer add that to their product. Otherwise this is a well made and durable cover that is waterproof and protects the umbrella well here in the northwest where it almost never rains :-) LOL

This is an excellent product, even bigger than I expected. We have a 10 foot 6 sided Sunbrella offset umbrella, with 6 inches of material that hangs down all around. This easy fits with some room to spare. Very good heavy material. Even the zipper is heavier than I expected. You will need a stick to get it over the top if you have a tall umbrella when folded. But once it is slipped over the top, the zipper easily pulls down to cover everything, even the crank. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality cover to keep their umbrella covered from the elements.

Just received today, it fits perfectly. Quality is definitly in the fabric and zippers. They give you a long string for the zipper pull this is very handy. Was super easy getting the cover over the umbrella. I like that the cover is wide enough to allow the umbrella pole to be covered as well. Pretty sure my umbrella is 13ft and works perfectly. Would buy this brand again. In a few months Ill update my review.
