Brilliant, useful product!

So often I start to cook something that needs fresh lemon juice, only to find I'm out, or mold has gotten to that last lemon in the fridge. This stuff keeps forever on the shelf, and for some purposes tastes even better than the fresh juice, and way better than bottled. So useful!
