Ruifan20G Stainless Steel Polished Ball Barbell helix Cartilage Tragus Ear Lobe Stud Earring

FINALLY a barbell earring that fits standards ear holes. I got a cartilage piercing in 2007 at a like Piercing Pagota with the gut. After it healed, I moved the size up to 18g and it always hurt. So I eventually took it out and thought it was closed up, but it wasn't. Regular earrings fit in there, but because it's at the top of my ear, traditional earring backings didn't feel great for sleeping.I was so happy to find these. I put one in and haven't taken it out since. I have a nickle allergy and these have not effected me at all.

I didn't do my homework when I purchased these. I was ready to replace all of my lobe piercings with these, but they are 1) externally threaded and 2) way too short to be comfortable. I briefly replaced one of my cartilage piercings with the smallest one, but the external threading irritated the piercing when I put it in, so I switched back to the ring I had before. The metal itself is fine, my metal-sensitive ears had no troubles with that

Hard to put on because of the size of the ball, however they are exactly what I wanted. I wanted ones for my lobs and these are a perfect size for that, no gaps.

Perfect size for smaller nipple piercings! Very hard to screw the ball to the barbell but once it’s on, SUPER cute! I’ll be buying more for back up!

My 2 year old daughter figured out how to pull out normal earrings. That's when we started looking for ones that she could not take out by herself. We had ordered other barbells that were similar to these but were always too big gauge wise. These were our last hope, if these didn't work we were just going to let her holes close and get them re-pierced when she got older. THEY ARE PERFECT!! It did take a little bit to get in partly because my daughter was moving and squirming, and partly because of the screw end of the post (but still better then what we had already tried). They were a little heavy at first, but she is now used to them and doesn't even touch them now! I would highly suggest these if you are in my situation!!

Both ends of the earrings were all practically glued together. Couldn’t get them apart except for one pair, basically a waste of money if I can only wear one pair.

Hopping these will easy the Pressure and soreness in my helix piercing They are good quality! But do they come in longer length bars I have not room for if I get swelling !
