ioGeek security cam
The ioGeek security camera has more features than DECKO camera I have replaced (which was damaged during a heavy storm). The ioGeek camera is almost half of the weight of DECKO camera which greatly simplifies installation. It has a recognizing feature for detecting humans, animals, birds, etc. and therefore, you would be able to select the object of your interest to be recorded. I was able to connect it with WiFi at a distance of approximately 50 feet with ease (however, not sure if at that distance the connection will be accessible to anyone else). The battery works just fine, and so far (after 10 days in use) it is at a 85% level. Last, but not the least, the customer service is excellent. I had an issue with camera view at nights due to a reflective halo. Although it was disappearing during the day. ioGeek has send me a replacement just in a few days. You can very rarely can get such a service in nowadays. If you are looking for a frugal budget and a solid product, this is it.Highly recommended.

Waterproof Outdoor Camera with Pan Feature!
Excellent outdoor camera that can be placed almost anywhere and although it has a built in battery, I recommend getting a small solar panel from ieGeek so you never have to pull it down to charge. Image quality is excellent and you can use the free CludEdge app to remotely view recorded and live images. Cloud storage is available or you can store content for free on a TF memory card (not included). Motion detection can be a little slow as the camera goes to sleep to conserve battery when there is no motion. So far I'm very happy with this camera.

Great Camera clear video and photos
The media could not be loaded. Super easy connectivity and setup. Great motion detection. And superb video and sound quality. Highly recommend this camera for your outdoor security needs. Great value for the price.

Sturdy, good picture but a few things to consider.
I'd go with 3 1/2 stars with the potential for 4 with a some changes.Pros: Price. Can't argue that. I find the video to be clear and of high quality, even at night. Sound is good as long as the wind isn't hitting the microphone directly. Alert response is good with only a few misses. The battery is reasonable, lasting about six weeks on a driveway and sidewalk view and it's easy to charge in a few hours. Mounting was easy once the location and view were determined and adjusted. Very few issues with connectivity and those rare, short interruptions I have might be my network. The camera Wi-Fi strength usually runs around 90% while about 30 feet from the router and through maybe three walls. The pan feature is nice for small adjustments but has a big con.Cons: PTZ ... pan yes, tilt manually, zoom sort of. If mounted (tilted) at an angle, the pan feature also operates at an angle. It's difficult to describe - all I can say is you're not going to have the pan flexibility you might expect. The lower the mount, the better the pan feature will work. The camera itself does not zoom and the vertical field of view is too narrow. It seems like it should be an easy fix for future S3s; a different lens maybe. Horizontally, it's great. Zoom by pinching on your phone screen - not a camera feature, which is misleading given "PTZ" being advertised.I move cameras around from time to time. It would be very beneficial to have the simple ability to turn off the night vision IR LEDs from the app so that placement behind glass could be an option when needed. Behind glass, the IR LED reflections render the image unusable at night no matter how you set it up. There is no way (that I can find) to do this with the current build version.Despite the cons, I like the cameras. I have three. I just think there are easy design changes that would make them nearly perfect. Can't really do much about the manual-only tilt at this price point but the inability to pull back for a larger or deeper field of view should be doable. Still recommend if theses aren't issues for you.

Thumbs up!
The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with this camera. It has so many features that some cameras (especially in this price range) don’t. It couldn’t be easier to set up and in my case right now I have it sitting on a piece of furniture because I’m not sure exactly where I want to place it yet. I’m using it mainly to keep an eye on my dogs when I’m not home and it works like a charm. I love that I can talk to them through the camera and the sound is nice and clear. I can also follow them around the room with the Pan function! The video, both day and night are good quality and clear. Don’t spend your money on those expensive cameras when you can get everything you need at a great price. Thanks ieGeek!

Good camera
Works well clear and bright picture for my front door patio. I do keep the lights on at night which makes this picture bright and in color.

Didn't work when I needed it the most
The one time I needed this to work it didn't. Someone was able to come all the way up onto my porch and steal a bunch of packages right in front of the camera. In broad daylight. Also the battery dies every 2 weeks so be prepared for that. It also has a horrible view you can only view a 10' by 10' area.

Perfect for the price!
So far it's been sweet. I use Wyze cameras usually for indoor and outdoor. I have to power them through a light socket. They now have battery powered but $90. This ioGeek camera though is a lot cheaper money wise and so far was really easy to set up and install outside above my garage. Love that I can rotate it 180°. Also it's pretty far from my WiFi but still maintains a connection (think at the cost of using up more of the battery but a very viable solution). I've had Wyze products and Ring that can't maintain a solid connection that far. It's a little slow to get from but it it's still connected and works just as well as my other cameras. The built in lights are pretty powerful. Motion detection is great! Overall got it for the price and it's perfectly priced for the camera. So far I love it! Going to see how well it stands the test if time especially out in the blazing sun.
