Is this any good for a 2 year old? if not can anyone recommend a very accurate one for 2 year old's please? Thanks in advance.

Is there a memory function so you can you see previous readings ?

I test twice daily, morning and evening and carry out other other tests ( blood pressure, blood sugar levels etc)and record all the results on paper charts). I have not tried to see whether there is a memory function on the device. but in rersponse to your question, I read through the information that came with the device and there is definitely a function that saves data that can be seen as graphs and analyses. in passing I found this oximeter to be very accurate when compared with results I get from my doctor or hospital. Hope this is helpful.

Does this still give accurate readings rhrough acrylic nailsnaks?

Not really. Oximeters will give a reading through acrylic nails but the value is likely to be incorrect and becomes progressively more so as peripheral perfusion declines (as when you are sick). Remove one of your acrylic nails to use it.

I is showing incorrect blood pressure. around 95-60 for all the members of my family, what is wrong. do i have a faulty one? or i use it wrong?

95 refers to saturated oxygen levels in your blood. 95 is fine, 60 is BPM of your heart, also good

Small and very easy to use!

Confusing readings

Doesn't really explain in layman's terms what each reading means. I bought it because I was having episodes of a fast heartbeat but I think the readings worried me more so I'm not sure how accurate they were. Made me visit my go who referred to a cardiologist.

Excellent and useful features

Brilliant OLED screen. Clear plathysmogram (graph) display . Perfusion index (strength of pulse) useful.Particularly liked the beep on the pulse giving auditory confirmation.

too compicated...

All I wanted was a a oximeter pure and simple. This machine seems to give all sorts of compicated information on a VERY small screen and I find after reading the instructions several times that I am unable to get a Quick and simple Oxy reading and at times NO Ox reading at all.... I do NOT reccommend this meter
