I have been using this for a year or longer. I can tell by my finger nails and my hair that it’s working quite well. Also, I am arthritic and I fell on my knee several months ago and it was a BAD fall, full weight on cement. It was painful for a couple of months, but did get better. I think that if I hadn’t been using this, I would have had a more significant injury. I put a teaspoon in every cup of coffee in the morning, and I have 4-5 cups. It dissolves nicely! No bad taste. I have found with collagen powder, and I did use Dr Axe for a while, you have to start out slow. If you start out with the full amount right away, it could lead to problems. I did that at first, and I had Charlie horses so bad. I would wake up during the night, and nothing worked, I suffered. I also had a very dull headache that never went away. So I stopped using collagen all together, for a few weeks. Then I started out with very, very small amounts and worked my way up. No Charlie horses no headaches. This one is less expensive than most of the others, and I like it and would recommend.

Easy to take and the perfect product to get your body into ketosis. I chose this brand of collagen powder because it has no carbs or sugar. Was pleasantly surprised to find it doesn't have a flavor so I can add it to almost anything for a boost in protein and collagen without a bunch of artificial flavors or sweeteners added. I add just what I want to it to get the taste I want and still stick to my diet. Sometimes I add little stevia or monk fruit to taste. No problem with it dissolving in my tea or coffee. It has no odor or taste. After just a few weeks of using I have more energy and my nails and hair seem to be growing faster. I'm hoping to continue to see even more improvements the longer I take it. I sometimes have a hard time sticking to something but this is so easy to add to my morning coffee it will be easy to become part of my morning routine.

I really like this product. I have been using it for a weeks no. It has a slight taste. I have been putting it in my coffee every morning and it doesn't change the way the coffee tastes which is a big plus for me. I think my skin is improving and my hair density is getting a bit stronger but then again I have only started it. However I will definitely buy again.

I had been using Dr. Axe's collagen powder for a couple of years now, and just ASSumed that it was doing me some kind of good. It wasn't until I began using this Liquivive brand that I really noticed a difference! Within just a week of using it, the chronic pain in both my knee and my wrist has miraculously gone away! I also noticed a new glow to my face, as well as some weight loss. The effectiveness of this product now makes Dr. Axe's powder look like nothing more than a costly placebo. I can't imagine how well I'll look and feel if I continue using this stuff regularly! Worth every penny.For those befuddled by the "half scoop" issue, I may have solved it: My can says to use 1/2 scoop, and claims to have 31 servings per can. But I decided to measure it out, so I took a large, dry bowl and began scooping the powder into it 1 FULL scoop at a time. I wound up getting 35 full scoops out of my can. So I'm not sure if they are now providing a smaller scoop, or a larger can. Either way, I just use 1 full scoop per serving and I seem to be getting an effective dosage.

Thought I already reviewed this product but don't see mine so redoing it.Doesn't dissolve very well as it clumps way to easy. First picture is shaking in a bottle of orange drink for 30 seconds and second picture is shaking for one minute. I don't care for the taste. Close as I can compare the flavor is a taste of powdered bone. I usually buy a different brand (that I love) but tried this since its cheaper.. I won't buy this again..

I recently started learning about the paleo diet, and the benefits of going back to basics with what I eat. It is hard to stick to it and get a good clean protein supply on a day to day basis. I have bought some of this company's other products, saw they have this new collagen powder one that is paleo friendly and decided to try it. I have been on it for almost two weeks. The collagen powder has no smell, and no taste, so I just use it to "fortify" my coffee in the morning and when I don't want caffeine, I have added it to my fruit smoothie. So far so good, and it doesn't change the flavor of either, although it does make it a little bit thicker. I have found that I have fewer aches in the morning and (may be my imagination) but my hair and skin appear to have more of a "glow". All in all, a very good experience and I will likely stay on it. I would feel very comfortable recommending it to friends and family.

It was okay but I have tried others that were much better. The only way I could keep it from clumping was to pour my coffee over it and stir right away. My nails actually started breaking more after using this brand. I went back to Zint which my skin, hair and nails looked amazing when using it. I had gotten laid off and was trying something cheaper than the Zint but that was a huge mistake.

I honestly haven't taken this long enough to evaluate the pain relief but it is, I believe, a very good collagen powder. I have been taking other collagen for some time now and this one is easy to take, dissolves and certainly helps with hair, skin and nails. I will continue to buy this product.
