Blocks out sounds

I live in the downstairs of our house and I constantly hear my roommate walking around upstairs. I put these on the ceiling and it blocked out a LOT of the sound for both me and my roommate. Definitely will buy again to finish the rest of my room.

Sound and light barrier

We used these on a interior door that had glass in it as both a sound barrier and to block the light. Ended up working extremely well. We did have several small cracks between panels where you could see the light through but were able to fill them with scrap material. Overall worked just like we hoped.
