Incredible bars. Its so challenging to find "clean" ingredient treats. I have hyperinsulemia and need to control my insulin which Im doing through keto. I find it challenging to practice keto if I deprive myself too much. I cant handle artificial sweeteners - these are not ideal for keto either. Stevia works really well. This is the only treat that makes me feel energised and well. Its low carb and no added sugar, high protein, fat and fiber. Doesnt break my ketosis. Love love love the texture, taste and ingredients. One of the better bars on the market. Liked the fact that macros are good, but taste feels a bit unnatural.

Looks like a solid poo made from plasticine on opening. Aroma is fake and I can't place it, like car air freshener. Taste is like too much sweetener with plastic vanilla taste that caught in the back of my throat. Even the soy crispies in it are strangely soggy. Texture like pea protein held together with plasticine. If I could get it out of my throat and into my stomach in a timely manner, it would be ok, but it wouldn't go down properly. It says on the packet no weird stuff, but everything about it is weird.

Excellent bars. Not too sweet, fill you up and great flavours in one box. These are neither dry and crumbly or soft and soggy. Whilst no low calorie, they’re not huge either given the amount of protein and fibre they contain.

Tastes awful, the chocolate sea salt one doesn’t take like a brownie at all. Stevia very artificial tasting

I’ve tried so many of these keto snacks, and these are easily the best I’ve come across. The flavours are delicious without being overpowering, and the texture is just right - not too dry or crumbly. I’ve been keeping a stash at home and in the office, and they’ve quickly become my go-to snack. Definitely planning to stock up more soon.

Love this product, the ingredients are brain-nourishing, super clean and the taste isn't unbearable. It actually tastes nice and I don't feel guilty for having it as a sweet treat because I know it has mostly healthy and nutritious ingredients in the bars. Hopefully in future there are more ranges of snacks or varieties of other flavours because these bars are awesome!
