Fun toy with a small learning curve.
This is a fun and cute stacking game that keeps kids entertained. The scoopers were a little tricky for my 4-year-old to used , but it's still a great toy overall.

A simple yet fun game
I would say it is too hard for a 3-4 year old to stack, but that is okay - my near 4-year-old relative had fun just putting 1 scoop on the cone and handing it out to family members. Meanwhile, I had fun and found it to be the right amount of challenge stacking the ice cream as intended. It's good that it comes with 2 scoops (I saw another set that was only 1 scoop).
