Ideal for children in secondary school
I bought this for my 12 year old daughter in year 7 (first year of secondary school in the uk). She loved it and says it looks expensive as it even has an angle measurement on it.

Cheap and cheerful
For the cost it's a perfect little compass however the point is quite wide so difficult to get very accurate circles and the lock does not work either.

Best. Compass. Ever.
If you need a compass this does just about everything you need. The locking and radius measurement on the compass are very useful features. Only raw is the pencil they provide which is a bit cheap and difficult to sharpen, however I simply replaced it with one of my own.
