Seems natural
I bought this because I am diabetic, also overweight. I was intrigued that it is made from birch trees. It tastes good. Unfortunately, although it has significantly less calories than sugar, it is not so sweet and therefore you use more. So I wonder if I am gaining anything in the end.

Great product. Resealable package makes it easy to store and decant a bit at a time for purposes. The birch sugar tastes great, very high quality with no funny aftertaste like I got from a different brand. Free flowing with no clumps. Highly recommended
