I have had 4 major back surgeries so it was important for me to get the right chair.This chair was extremely easy to assemble less than 10 mins, once that was done I looked all the features ie. Backrest & lumbar, headrest and seat which I was pleasantly surprised by every one of them are fully adjustable including the armrests which move up, down, back, forward, side to side and swivel. The only thing I changed are the wheels I'm fitting rubber ones thats my choice.Overall the chair looks good its well made and seems very comfortable,if I could I would give 10☆

Very comfortable

I got the chair for the price of £150 and I think it's great for this price. The original price is £300, and I think it's a little too much. The chair is decent but the materials are not expensive, lumbar support cannot be adjusted and there is no leg rest. However, overall, I'm really happy with the purchase and I enjoy sitting in the chair, made my WFH and gaming so much more comfortable! Thanks.

I love this seat and compared to others I’ve tested in John Lewis (much more expensive) it offers much more. I like the fact it adapts to my posture for the lumbar support, hopefully this mechanism stands the test of time. It is heavy and I use it on a medium pile carpet so upgraded the castors which helps a bit. Perhaps if you could lock out the lumbar it would be perfect but it is really good and will hopefully stand the test of time

Only just unpacked and set up the chair but my initial thoughts are that I'm not too impressed.The seat base has a lot of weight in it and once assembled the chair feels solid and moves well on the castors.To sit on to work at my desk:The backrest is too far back and with no manual adjustment to bring it further forward I can't see that for any intensive use it will be comfortable.Another gripe with the backrest is that the lower back support is really uncomfortable until you've moved the backrest to the correct height, it has no lock on so if you stand the backrest will lower again.The arm rests don't come up high enough.My fault for not checking the dimensions, I bought the chair seeing it advertised as heavy duty with up to 220kg/440lb. I come in under that weight but am a bigger bloke, the width of the armrests means it's a snug fit for me. Again, my fault as there is clearly a picture with the dimensions, I just assumed it'd be a bit wider.I wouldn't recommend this chair for office work, as a casual chair to relax on yea it is comfortable but to sit up and work on.. no.

This is a very comfortable chair and well worth the money, I've seen chairs 3x this price and I'm sure not 3x as comfortable. I have AS and this supports my lower back incredibly well. Would recommend to anyone who has back issues.

Comfy chair and v to assemble. However, the back elevation does not stay in place and drops down- so totally defeating the purpose of a back support chair for taller people (I am 6.2). Not sure what to do or if I now need to send back? :-(Update: tried fixing back ‘up’ with cable ties- but doesn’t work. Customer service on hold for ages.ONLY buy this chair if you are around 5.8 and will fit core length. It is a v comfy seat and great tilt mechanism.However, if you are tall and want a support vertical chair- the back is too far back/relaxed and it just doesn’t stay ‘up’ for taller people. Sending back!
