For the last year or two I've been using one of the blue polar fleece fuzzy CPAP hose covers that I also bought on amazon. It never stayed tight at both ends so I had to use surgical tape to hold it and it would always bunch and collect lint, it's just never been a great solution, super bulky too. I bought this one to see if it would be better and it definitely is. It's super easy to get on because it zips all the way and the zipper also holds it a little stiffer so that it doesn't flop back down over the hose and need to be taped. It has velcro at each end. I almost took off one star because the velcro at one end is on backwards and you have to twist it to actually be able to use the velcro fastener. But I like this enough that I'm not even taking off a star for that. It's definitely thinner and less bulky than the blue fleece ones, so I think it will be more comfortable, and the material is still soft but not as fuzzy so I'm hoping it will attract less lint and pet hair. Highly recommend.

The Apdtek Store CPAP hose cover at $24 with a 30% coupon is very worthwhile if you don't have a hose cover already. Having a hose rub against the side of your bed can wake people up sometimes. This cover prevents that and looks great too. I have used another one that has a smaller zipper and this one is easier to install. The end of the zipper has about 2 extra inches of fabric/zipper which makes it easier to get on and off but needs to be tucked away and be sure that the extra is at the machine end rather than by your face. I deducted 1 star for this. There are velcro straps at each end to tighten the cover to the tubing which works well. This is definitely worthwhile if your hose ever makes noise when rubbing on dressers or the bed.

I recently upgraded from the Philips Dreamstation (original) to the ResMed Airsense 11. The machine itself is a nice upgrade, but the Resmed heated tubing feels very cheap. I wake up multiple times a night with water in the line, because it can’t keep the condensation at bay.This cover makes a big difference. Not only does it cut down on the condensation, it also makes the tubing feel a little more solid. The full length zipper makes it easy to get the tube inside.

I will begin with why I reviewed this item and gave it 3 of 5 stars. After several days of use with a Resmed 10 device with an attached 6'5" climate control hose. I found that it works as advertised, the length is great and, refer to photos, leaves a bit of hose exposed at both ends (to allow for easy off and on for cleaning of the hose, less restrictions at 'plug in' points at the mask and at the device end). The zipper seems well made and it strikes a balance between the necessary lightweight needed for a good cozy and durability. The Velcro that holds the cozy from sliding on the hose works well. It's not super 'fluffy' flannel-like material but it does seem to quiet the hose and it does help prevent 'rain in' (too much condensation in the line for various reasons - which, if you've ever had that happen you know it's not desirable in any way) and I like the color I selected (black) because it leaves less to distract the eye. My cat does not seem interested in it and that is a good thing!:).The only downside, to be frank, is price. If one does some comparison-shopping for similar 'like' items this is a bit more expensive than I would like to see to be competitive. That is my only criticism but I feel it is an important consideration. If the price does not bother you then I have no reservations in recommending this product. I use this with the heated hose. I hate the way a hose feels without a cover, but don't really need it for rainout. This cover is felt, similar to others I have but is nicer in two ways. First it's length matches the Resmed ClimateLine hose length, which is a bit over 6' so standard 6' covers leave a gap. The other thing that sets this apart is the velcro at each end which covers the zipper. Its elastic. Small detail, but it adds more tension than you can get with the non stretch type so the cover doesn't slip.Note that if your mask has a leader hose you probably want a longer hose so you can cover the leader. This one matches up perfectly for my P30i style top of the head mask.

This hose cover is soft, and fits my ResMed ClimateLine CPAP hose perfectly. I think it will really help insulate it in the winter, to reduce the amount of gurgling I get from humidifier condensation in the tube. The only real downside I've experienced so far is the added weight to the hose. It's not overly heavy, but does affect moving in bed, since the weight of the hose is more likely to fall off the edge of the bed now than in the past. Ultimately, I can get used to this, and it will likely be worth the inconvenience to reduce internal condensation.

If you have a heated hose this might not matter a ton, but it is kinda nice to have still. I like my humidity relatively high, because it keeps me from snoring as bad and getting a sore throat. I was getting a lot of condensation building upon the inside of my hose when the temperature changes in the house but otherwise kept the same settings on my CPAP. This helps stabilize the temperature on the inside of the hose regardless of the temperature outside of the hose.

This CPAP hose cover is fantastic! The zipper design is so much easier to use than covers where you have to wrestle them over the hose. The zipper glides smoothly, making it simple to put on and take off. The fleece material feels sturdy and well-made, providing great insulation to prevent condensation, especially with non-heated hoses. Highly recommend this for any CPAP user looking for convenience and quality!
