Worked great for 2 1/2 months then stopped working. Have tried numerous times to contact company for warranty with no success. Would give it zero stars if I could.

You put it in the 5 gallon bottle, connect another tube to the pump device, and the other end yo your ice maker in the back of you fridge. When the fridge attrmpts to fill with water, the pump activated. Takes the water from the bottle, fills the ice maker and then shuts off when the ice maker tray fills. You can hear it working but not too loud and only 5/6 seconds. Prevents you from having to have a plumber connect a water line. I use tap water and refill my 5 gallon bottle. I don’t use a lot of ice do it stays full for a while. Oh, the water comes out the door as well as filling the ice maker.
