Amazing! This is the only one with the three peppers! I make my own from scratch, but it takes time! This is a great, easy, everything in one ball process! Tastes amazing! Recommend adding a tablespoon of lard or tallow to give you extra oil on the top to dip the tortillas in when you grill them! I'm glad I bought two packs! It comes with two balls in each. I used one with a 2 lb chuck roast, one onion cut into quarters, some beef broth and water to cover, plus a little more for everyone to have dipping sauce. I used a instapot for 1.5 hours and done! Taste for your salt preference. Again, the only one I found that uses all three peppers making it authentic!

Great quality! Worth your money! Saved me soo much time. Typically I go buy all the spices. This time I dropped this bomb in and done! Walked away to do other things around the house. And as a SAHM this is highly recommended. The taste is as expected!

I recently tried these Birria Bombs, and while they taste great, I found that they lack a bit of flavor. To get the full experience, I often have to use two bombs instead of one. Despite this, they are incredibly convenient and easy to use, making them a quick and hassle-free option for a delicious meal. The convenience factor is definitely a plus, and the taste is enjoyable once you double up. Overall, a good product that could benefit from a bit more flavor intensity.

I order these allll the time. Obsessed with the flavor, I add a cube of chicken buillon and hot sauce to sharpen it even more, but it doesn’t even need it! This is my secret to family gatherings. You can make so much food with just one pack, so very worth the money. Quality is great, you can smell the spices when you open the bag! All ingredients you can see compacted in the bomb as well. I absolutely recommend.

Just made my birria tacos tonight and had to jump on here. Self id: white af but love to take time to learn to cook foods fairly authentically from my Mexican friends and family. Birria takes me about 3 hours start to finish when I make it from scratch and use my instantpot. I had this on the table and *devoured* in less than 45mins. It's pretty different than my recipe in that it had a lot less chile flavor, less spice, and a thinner texture, but was still very balanced. The sauce made a wonderful consumé. It's well worth $10 per bomb to shave off 2 hours of my time on weekdays. I'd serve this to guests, which is usually my litmus test of how good something is. I've been on the fence for a while and am glad I finally purchased.

It's pretty good for a starter. I had chuck roast in the freezer that I had no idea what to do with so I tried this. I used beef broth instead of water and 1 bomb. I did add some onion powder at the start of cooking and salted to taste at the end before serving and it was pretty good. It got the seal of approval from the family to have again so that's a plus. Even the picky 11 year old asked for a second helping. I think I will take another reviewer's suggestion and add both boms the next time to see if the flavor amps up.I'm not looking for gourmet super authentic. I am looking for easy and flavorful weeknite meal ideas and this definitely ticks those boxes, especially the easy. So happy overall.
