I recently purchased the Wi-Fi extender number one let me say this product was the most simple Wi-Fi extender I have ever installed in my wife it took me all of maybe 3 minutes to plug it in and connect it not only is my signal strength 10,000 times better but I'm not dropping calls my son is not having his game stop in the middle of playing them or dropping calls himself we live in an older home and it has been believably impossible to keep our Wi-Fi connected at all times not only that but I have two garages outside whom my father left me with tons of tools I have cameras in those garages because of theft but the Wi-Fi was not extending out there to cover the cameras so I was unable to see any footage from them now with this new extender I can see everything I couldn't be more pleased that alone is going to save me hundreds of thousands of dollars due to fact that these are tons of tools that are worth a lot of money all I can say is if you're looking for a great product that actually works this is it I've tried three different ones before this one with no success and I would definitely definitely buy another one of these products just to have it put up in case this one Burns out because I don't want to be without it ever again.

The setup is really quick and easy. I've had it plugged in and running for 3 weeks now with zero issues or drops. I have it set up in an all metal shop building approx. 60' from my main router. Coverage seems perfect and I get only about 10mbps less than I do on my Router's WiFi. I purchased it to bring WiFi to the shop since the main router wouldn't reach thru the metal walls. This grabs the WiFi (thru the metal and the regular house walls) and gives me a great solution overall. Some thoughts: The unit is pretty big, physically, which probably helps it pull in signal but just wanted to point it out. The instructions are good, and make setup quick, but the print is really small, so you might need to take a pic of each page with your phone to be able to zoom in and easily read the text. (Note: This may just be signs of me getting old also lol)

I purchased this to see if this would extend the WiFi range from my front door to the end of the garage. (1,300 square feet townhome) It’s easy to set up and it does work, but the range “extension” wasn't too far. It will not consistently connect when I try to load shows on Amazon Prime, so I don’t even use it anymore.

This WiFi extender has been very helpful in my house. Our wireless router is cellular based and on one end of the house, with this extender we are able to get better signal strength on the other side of the house. I even have better reception outside of the house than the regular wireless but to be fair the extender is plugged into an exterior wall. I haven’t tried any other devices but assumed I might have to buy a few and test them out before settling on the best one, this one is so good I do t need to try another extender. Also super easy to set up with the direction. Took maybe 2 minutes to be surfing with this connection!

This thing works amazing! Peaks at my full Internet connection speed, I use it to give a wired connection to my Xbox and it's changed everything! FANTASTIC.

Not going to sit here and say it doesn't work. It works great, when it works. I only have 4 things using it, my tvs and my amazon fire sticks. When its working it does exactly what its supposed to do. It worked well for about 30 days, then one night while watching a movie, it just didn't work. Kept saying no in range. Now this sucked especially mid movie. So I thought, well maybe it was on my providers end. So I reset the modem and the router then reset the ac2100 wifi extender........... booom it worked. So I daid okay we are all good. But since then every night it shuts down and does the sme thing. Well, not every single night. But in the last 25 days, it has done this at least 20. No exaggerations at all. So I thought maybe ot was too far away from the router so I moved it. Nope that wasn't the problem either. Now it won't even reset to factory settings or anything. I bought it January 3rd so its passed the window of return. Really wanted to give it 5 stars because when it worked it works. But now im stuck with a piece of equipment that worked well for just a month. I won't say not to purchase, but I will say that be careful because mines just may be a bad unit.

Very low signal and loses a lot internet speed! Just returned

Amazing product! I don't know why I waited so long to finally buy one. Had terrible reception in the back of my house. If I received a message or call (wifi), and I was in the back of the house, I had to run to the front of the house while the person on the other side of the call kept saying "are you there" "Hello". It has increased the speed of my tablet and phone, especially in the back of the house. So happy to have full coverage and no more running to the front of the house to take calls.
