Capsules are large and uncoated
I was excited about this supplement, but it turns out that it’s not that great. The capsules are too big and they’re hard to swallow, they are not coated and stick to my tongue, they don’t necessarily have a bad flavor, it’s just a chalky type of thing coming off of the capsule itself. You also need to take (4) of these huge capsules at a time, which is unrealistic, I can barely get one of them down so… no thank you. I didn’t notice any difference or side effects of the capsules, but I didn’t take them correctly so I really can’t say. They do have a really good ingredient profile so if you can deal with taking four massive capsules everyday definitely give them a try and decide for yourself.

Everything in the bottle was broken. It looked like it was drop kicked.

Seems to work, not 100% sure
This seems to work. It's hard to tell really, so I'm going to have to give it three stars. I feel like there are fewer issues than before now, but there's no way for me to test scientifically for efficacy.
