Not designed for a man, clearly not designed for haemorrhoids. Clearly designed for women postpartum which is fine/great, but if you're a man with piles please don't think you're going to be able to use it for that purpose. I'd argue it's likely useless for women with haemorrhoids, too

I needed something fairly narrow that would lay flat on my wrist and forearm. These are great, now I've had them awhile. They are now handy for baby teeth to permanent teeth transition. It fits in a sock to lay on the baby's face without blocking her nose or eyes while covering her entire mouth.
