Comfy for the padding but they have a tendancy to disappear. They aren't sticky so they don't hold in place in your shoes. Definitely lost a few of them dancing in flat ballet pump style shoes.

AMAZING! I needed some padding for a pair of heels, these work like a charm! They can also be removed and used again if needed for a different pair and they work just as well with sticking to the shoe! Of course doesn't remove the strain but no blisters as the silicone is reasonably thick!

Smaller and thinner than it looks. I have thin feet and it still doesn't cover the area it's supposed to give support to. Giving two stars because it provides a little grip, if the feet don't get sweaty.

Avec ou sans, je n'ai pas vu la différence sur les grandes marches, j'ai toujours mal à la plante des pieds. Mais je pense que les semelles n'y sont pour rien, j'ai juste les pieds hyper sensibles.

Utilisés dans des sandales à talons (10cm) pour tenir toute la journée pour un mariage cet été, cela n'a servi strictement à rien ! n'a pas fait le job ni en terme d'atténuation des douleurs plantaires ni en terme de confort. Avec ou sans, j'ai eu mal au pieds toute la journée ! A utiliser peut-être que dans des escarpins ou chaussures fermées et/ou avec des talons moins hauts, je ne sais pas. En tout cas, personnellement ça ne m'a pas du tout aidé...
