So far so good. Feels sturdy, there is some plastic and you can tell it’s definitely not an old school barber chair. I don’t know how functional it would be for someone working every day but for me it was just a decorative piece. Everything works so far

Absolutely worth every penny! Comfortable, durable. My heaviest of clients ranging from 300-500 pounds fit perfectly in it and zero give when it comes to the hydraulic. Key point: assembly was the EASIEST you can ask for. No loose materials (screws etc) because they already have them in place. Just remove from their location, set the moving parts and return screws to where they were. No misleading or difficult instructions. AMAZING PRODUCT

Awesome barbering chair. I purchased this chair for my son for his loft and he loves it, and apparently so does his clients. He told me it is very sturdy and functional.

It’s a super solid chair. Comfortable. Good size. Proper height. Very easy to put together. No problems at all. The only reason I’m giving it 5 star is the head rest and the towel bar. The entire chair is black on leather but the towel bar is bright chrome. Nothing some spray paint can’t fix, but details matter. The second thing I don’t absolutely love is the headrest. It’s a bit flimsy. It’s usable but the million staples keeping it together just looks tacky. No. You cannot see them when it’s in the chair, but again, for $800 you don’t want to be looking at them, anywhere. Overall, great chair and if I was in the same boat money wise, I’d buy again.

Hydraulic pump failed yesterday February 22nd, owned the chair 36 days!!! TRASH!!! 25 years barbering!!! They got me!!!
