Gentle and effective
Ortis Fruits and Fibre firstly is NOT a laxative as it contains only what you could naturally eat yourself. Figs, rhubarb, tamarind etc. However a half to one cube taken with a glass of water after your last meal of the day helps with any slow transit issues without the urgency or issues a laxative can give. Finding the right dose for yourself is worth taking time to find out. Around half a cube may be enough. Find the right dose and it really helps with any issues. Excellent. But they are definitely part of a healthy diet so if you are not getting enough fluid or fibre then addressing this is important and will help these cubes do their work.

5 star it works great will buy more tastes like figs so not narsty you chew it down it goes .out pops the poo later job done no painful tummy either

I’d been taking half a cube when needed which seemed to help. Then made the mistake of taking a whole one before bed. It definitely worked but with stomach pain and mad dashes 😣
