A Knife to be Reckoned With
If you are looking for a knife to remove those bones from your joint of meat. Then you cannot do better than this Sabatier.It is beautifully balanced. Very well made, and extremely sharp.If like me you found the joints at the super market too large. This knife allows me to cut them in two easily. Saving money in the process.I looked at much dearer knives, but this knife for the very good price. Is a winner. Would recommend it to anyone.

V Sabatier Boner!
I started boning my meat a number of years back and was pleased with the performance of my then boning knife. I needed a new replacement for it and was always disappointed with those recommended to me. NOT NOW excellent, excellent.

Excellent boning knife - strong and flexible, with a razor edge. Well riveted handle makes it comfortable and secure to hold in use. It is also easy to clean and sharpen too. Very pleased with this and would recommend.
