Great phone and easy to use. He colour is lovely. Fast delivery. It has guaranteed updates for years and has expandable storage. Great budget smartphone.

Great value 5G phone. Decent size screen, nice and bright and reasonable colour rendition. Does all the usual stuff, decent camera for a cheap phone. Battery life seems good and it charges at 15W so better than the basic models. It is powerful enough to play memory hungry games like Raid Shadow Legends although it takes a couple of minutes to install initially. Not the loudest speakers about but good enough.Samsung have their own interface for Android but you can’t tell the difference. You have two options for loading apps, Samsung or Play Store. Samsungs “Find My Phone” is highly regarded and without the flaws of the new Google service

To use the alarm the phone has to be turned on unlike my last one.

So far no problems phone is easy to use great camera, set up straight forward and the case and screen protector I ordered at the same time are better quality than I was expecting. Arrived very quickly.

Received it well before calculated time .Amazing look .Haven’t started using it yet.But when setting it up looks really well and first.Most need features with nice looking.Value for money.

For all I know this is a 5-star smart phone if I could only get it to work. Did a successful manual start-up to the point that it was ready to download Apps. This included linking to my home WIfI hub, setting up a Google e-mail and security lock password. Powered Down at this point to come back later. When I next Powered on it requested the unlock password which it declared invalid. It was a simple password that I thought I set up correctly and recorded. It is very easy to make an entry error but, unfortunately, Samsung fail to provide a confirmation box in the set-up. Not only was I locked out but the phone would not accept Power Down. Where to go next? A return to factory settings I hear you say. Not easy. Was able to power down but still asking for a password which is clearly not what I thought I had set up. Samsung Customer Services suggested returning it to an authorized agent. Problem, it is over 50 miles from my postcode. Now fit only for the dust bin!

I needed to upgrade my old Galaxy A40 phone which was starting to play up. It served me very well for 6 years and as I have had Samsung phones and tablets for a number of years without issue, I decided to replace it with the A16 5g after reading up on the reviews. The A16 is perfect for my needs as a medium user, battery life is good, screen quality is great and the sound through my earbuds is much better than my old phone, plus I love the green colour. All in all I am very happy with my upgrade and I got it £ 50 cheaper on Amazon compared to Curry's & Argos...bonus !

Very good phone for the money, does all most people need
