Recently had a “millennial injury” of straining my back muscles whilst changing the beddings and coughing! I was in excruciating pain and had to go to A&E. Luckily x-ray showed nothing was broken. Doctor prescribed high strength painkillers and referred for physio. In the meantime, I bought this back brace and it has been my saviour! Very well made, comfortable, adjustable with Velcro fastening (so can fit most sizes), breathable, definitely value for money and it most certainly supported my lower back. I have lumbar lordosis so my lower back is prone to becoming weak causing chronic back ache. I will be using this back brace to support me with my day to day activities.

It gives really good support, and holds in place firmly. My only complaint is that the velcro is VERY hard to release, especially on the main belt. I've broken nails trying to prise it apart.Fully adjustable in a range of +/- 6 inches. Good quality material that looks and feels like it will last.

An excellent support for my facet joint strain, helping me to carry on with everyday life.I don’t use it when sitting or sleeping, just for tasks which require lifting or twisting, and even walking so I keep mobile. Great design and extra straps with Velcro to tighten or loosen. Breathable design can be worn under or over clothes(I prefer over. Have worn in this 30+degree heat and it’s felt fine.Excellent value for money, recommended by my Osteopath. Would be great for gym users for support.

Item doesn't work has it should , it becomes loose , when bending down and walking

The BraceUP Back Support Belt is very well made, easy to apply to the body, lightweight. My family member has only been wearing this for about three days, and already has made considerable comfort in the lower back, lumbar region. He is able to walk about in a more upright position, and continue with various tasks like painting, carrying the shopping, walking up hill. Would certainly recommend, it has given me my independence back , and pain free,

It works well. Just a little deep for me but ok. It is heavy duty so lots of support that can be adjusted for tension
