What is the deal with this person saying it is made if lead?

This product actually DOES contain lead.  This is why it has a "Prop 65" warning (this is a CA based consumer safety designation).  However, the lead in this product does not come into contact with the food you are processing, so as long as the grinder shows no signs of damage, it is perfectly safe to use.

Is it dishwasher safe? Anyone can help?

I recommend that you purchase GVODE 2-in-1 attachment kit, a meat grinder attachment and a shredder attachment. The grinder is metal, and the shredder is plastic, the price is 89.

However, I believe that the price of Black Five and Cyber Monday will be lower.I think this price is very good value, because they are not famous brands, so the premium is not much. 
I have bought it for more than half a year and use it 3-4 times a month. Follow the instructions for cleaning and maintenance, it is still in good condition.

Yes, there are plastic attachments available for considerably lower costs.  However some reviewers report the plastic attachments do fail.  If you are going to buy the top of the line stand mixer, why wouldn't you spend the extra money and get metal attachments.  The metal attachments generally don't wear out or break like plastic.  There are two metal attachments available, aluminum or stainless steel with the stainless obviously the most expensive.
