Great!
They aren’t thin, they r thick and good quality. I like the different sizes so I can pick and choose, and it’s a great value for money they are so easy to use in the gym whilst working out!

Decent for Beginners, But Not Without Flaws
I bought the Fitness Bands hoping to add a bit more resistance to my home workouts. The variety of resistance levels is nice, and they’re clearly labeled, which makes it easy to switch depending on the exercise. They’re also lightweight and come in a compact pouch, which is convenient for travel. That said, I found the bands a little shorter than expected, which limited some stretches and full-range movements. Also, despite being advertised as non-slip, they did roll up occasionally—especially during leg exercises like squats or glute bridges. They’re okay for light workouts or rehab/therapy use, but probably not the best option if you’re looking for high resistance or super durable material. Overall, decent for the price but not perfect.

Good for recovering 👍
These different bands are brilliant! I am in recovery of a collar bone fracture Week 13 now and to strengthen my arm muscles I use the yellow band! But glad I have different Fitness Bands to workout with!

They are 2 thin and keep bunching up. Had to buy other ones that are wider and material. Use as arm bands but pretty useless other than that

I love these and so simple to use. I have bursitis in my thigh/hip joint and these bands/exercises have really helped. Well worth the money.

QUALITY PRODUCT BUT TOO SMALL FOR MY NEEDS
Well packed and appears to be a quality and reasonably priced product with several strength bands in different colours. Unfortunately they are much shorter than I thought they would be, so I'm not able to to use them for my purposes and therefore cannot review their effectiveness.
