How good is this brush for getting waves?

This brush is awesome for training your hair to get waves, but should only be used when you are in your wolfing phase. This brush is hard and if used when you have a fresh cut could scrap your scalp. My favorite thing about this brush is how the bristles are spaced, which are great for connections.

Is this brush just as Hard as the Diane 9007?

Yes very Hard . Had mine for 6 months and still have not broke in.

Is this brush good to use if you want to pull your hair in a ponytail without no bumps

I did not receive any bumps when using the brush. It lays my hair down very smoothly.
