Nature's Bounty seems to be everywhere. I got these for metabolism and energy. I find that I need the gamut of B vitamins so after these run out I'm going a different route. The tablets are smaller than average; and because they are tablets, they do have a taste. So don't suck on it, duh. I like that they are a single vitamin because sometimes you don't need multiples or you take a different one that is only lacking one which this product could fill that void. I can't fault the product, it does its job. I take one star off because I don't think supplements should come in a bottle. THey should be in a light-proof resealable bag.

This is a difficult product to review because I honestly do not know how to tell if a vitamin supplement is doing its job - I just have to trust my doctors' recommendations and hope for the best.
