Great laptop for regular every day use and for the price as I bought it refurbished at ($279). Not a gamer at all. Was sad it didn’t come in purple like other comments said but kind of expected it. At this point I think the company should change the color and picture to silver because that’s exactly what arrived. Very easy to use and the perfect size for me (15.6”).

Haven't had it long but so far it works great and the battery life seems to be pretty good as well. Also I love the color!

Battery life seems good for the way that I am using it. I do not play games. I use it for academics and for writing. My daughter has one as well and she plays SOME not so elaborate games and watches Netflix on it sometimes and it seems to last a long time. The color is accurately represented. The lavender is very pretty. It is so easy to use but you cannot touch the screen so keep that in mind. Very light and easy to transport. The brightness of the screen automatically adjusts and I can adjust it further if I'd like on the keyboard. The keys are kind of flat and they're very easy to press. I actually also have a wireless mouse and keyboard that I set up with it so I don't use the keyboard on the laptop that often. The processing seems to be quite fast and it is adequate for the way I use it. Like I said I have not played games or anything like that on the laptop and I have owned it for almost a year. I think it's an excellent laptop for a student. I like the way it allows me to put Microsoft word on it, unlike the Chromebook. Also, unlike the Chromebook you can right click things that you need to right click which is awesome in my personal opinion as I like the more traditional laptop/computer setup. I am not a computer whiz or anything like that so this computer is excellent for me as I don't need anything extremely special.

Highly disappointed that the computer is NOT PURPLE!! I ordered specifically for that reason. It is scratch free over the entire housing, and was well packaged in bubble wrap and in a heavy duty box. It arrived completely dead and took 1-2 hours to fully charge. Overall function 10/10. Setup completed without difficulties, all features work properly. The only PROMBLEM IS I DIDNT GET WHAT I ORDERED - A PURPLE LAPTOP!

Funciona perfectamente la batería le dura cantidad la primera que pedí vino con problemas pero ellos me reemplazaron el artículo y el artículo en dos días lo tenía en mi casa

I did NOT get what I ordered. I received a SILVER computer. There are many noticeable scratches on the computer. There is an ugly, poorly placed, silver textured sticker on the underside of the computer. I cannot use this computer in a professional setting. Very disappointed.

Exelente laptop la compré el 5 de enero de 2026 y llegó el 6 muy rápido lo único es que el teclado está en inglés pero todo súper bien la compré y vino en exelentes condiciones y apesar que vivo en el país de Nicaragua, pero la laptop párese casi nueve es más que si no me Disen que es renovada pensaría que es nuevo exelente laptop se las recomiendo mucho 👍👍

Honestly, I'm pretty upset. They sent the wrong color and it was too late to return the day before Christmas. So now we have to spend more money to get a cover for her bland, silver one that was sent to us. I just think, when spending this amount of money, the right one should have been sent. The computer itself seems ok, there isn't a touch screen, it seems to run well for what she's using it for. It's not very portable due to the size and weight. Storage capacity seems good, again, for what she needs it for.
