If you're a home cook, just get this. Am a professional cook and i like this for my home cooking. Clean with salt and half a lemon/lime. Then wipe with wet wipes or a cloth. It's good. Just don't chop meat on this. But a red colored plastic one for that.

It's an average sized board. Some may prefer a size that's a tad bit bigger for regular use.
