I absolutely love the baby white popcorn. The smaller kernels have less tough hulls and delightful light texture. I love popcorn and Amish Country Popcorn is at the top of my list.

Ok all, here’s the my story and I’m sticking to it! In 2021 I bought a 6 lb bag and I just now am down to my last couple servings in March of 2026. I use a silicone popping bowl in the microwave, with 3 heaping tablespoons of kernels. I wait until the popping gets down to a few seconds between pops and hit the stop button. No kidding the old maids are easily countable! And I mean often times way less than 20 and if there’s more than that it’s because I got anxious and hit the stop button to soon. I am amazed that I’m still having this kind of success with this popcorn, the baby white, which some people from other other reviews don’t understand that, as the name implies, the popped kernel is much smaller than regular or standard popcorn. So anyway it is much more tender as well. MMMM! I think it’s time to pop up another batch. Ok granted this may not be a review for the 2lb bag I just bought but I can only imagine I will be just as satisfied AND if something goes wrong I will be sure to let y’all know.

This popcorn is so good! Most of the kernels pop everytime. It always tastes fresh. I will buy again when we run out.
