Very nice for the price, and a cinch to install!
This light suited my needs perfectly! The one above my sink broke and I took a chance on this and I'm glad I did. A very nice light for the price. Because I'm not fond of the look of fluorescent lighting, I buy the tubes to cover the bulb and make it any color you want. I buy the Amber and it makes for a nice cozy glow. Very pleased with this fixture!

Lights of America 18" Undercounter Light
I located this on Amazon. It is the same one purchased years ago that finally wore out. This was ordered as a replacement; as, I was unable to locate locally. Ideal for my needs as an over the sink light in my kitchen. I have a second one under another cabinet in my kitchen, and, it is continuing to meet my needs. There is nothing fancy about it, just a reliable fluorescent lamp that provides adequate lighting in its location.

18 inch fluorescent light
I am an elderly woman who lives alone and this light is just exactly what I was wanting for over my kitchen sink. It's the perfect size and was super easy to put up and the price was 'very' reasonable. I liked it so much that I told my daughter about it and she got one for over her kitchen sink as well. I love the fact that the bulb has an opaque cover so the light is bright but not glaring.

For your own good, skip it
Avoid purchasing this Fluorescent Counter Light if at all possible. I purchased this fixture on May 29, 2014 and the switch has already jammed up making it extremely difficult to turn the light on and off. It was a very "Flimsy" lighting fixture from the start but I figured I would give it a chance to "Produce" and apparently it's failing quite early in the game. For your own good, skip it. Also if you do decide to purchase this lighting fixture stay away from Third Party A-Z Lighting Supply.

to make up the gap so it did not wiggle I stuck a close pin between it and the cabinet bottom nice and snug and you cant see it
it work very well now I don't need to turn on the 3 60watts in the celling it can be a little hard to find the button to flip it on but sure it will help my electric bills just watch how far the screws go if your cabinet bottoms are not too thick you cant put in the screws to far, to make up the gap so it did not wiggle I stuck a close pin between it and the cabinet bottom nice and snug and you cant see it

Good (for the price and convenience)
I don't necessarily like the quality or look of this light, but it's okay for getting the job done for the price and ease of installation. I had a light similar to this one under my cabinet for about a year before I gave up on changing out batteries, which is why I was happy to find this particular light with a cord. There is one small area in my kitchen where the track lighting doesn't hit properly, no matter how I adjust the lights, and it happens to be the counter space most suitable for food prep during stove-top cooking. This Lights of America light is cheap, convenient, bright enough to sufficiently light my counter, lightweight, and was easy to install with some heavy-duty velcro (yep, I used velcro...sophisticated, no...haha. But it'll certainly help when I have to change out the bulb because I could never get the light cover back on this thing without taking it down!).With that said, keep in mind that you get what you pay for, and this light was cheap so I wasn't expecting greatness. My older light that used batteries had thicker plastic casing that felt sturdier when being pressed into place, and it was thinner so that you couldn't see the light at all under the cabinet when it was turned off. The plastic of the Lights of America light is flimsier, the light case/diffuser is a pain to keep attached to the unit while working with the light (actually, mine STILL isn't completely in place, but no one can tell because it's under the cabinet), and it's bulky-looking, despite the fact that my cabinets have a bottom edge that extends below the bottom shelf by about an inch, providing some cover of the light case but not all. If you have a gorgeous updated kitchen, keep going with the updates and have a professional install solid lighting that is more stream-lined and blends with your decor. But if you're like me and simply want extra light to see what you're prepping and aren't ashamed of your 1990s kitchen (hey, it works!), this light works just fine for a temporary solution that doesn't waste batteries like many other cheapo lights do. One day I might spring for a more sophisticated set-up, but I'm content enough with how this light works for now.

Great light for the price
I would recommend this light to anyone who needs a long lasting fluorescent counter light. Actually, I used this in a medium sized kitchen pantry and it provides excellent light. I am using it to replace the older model of this counter light which lasted for about 20 years. Great value for such a low price and installation was fast and easy.

Only if desperate for Undercounter Light
Most all computer stations are made with U/C Recessed Light Plugs on the right side of the light. Next, the On/Off Switch is so recessed that if you have broad or thick fingers it is hard to flick either On or Off.Further, the Fluorescent Light Cover is flimsy and the hole or mount recesses to clip to are poorly designed.
