The taste is very bad in water but good in black coffee.

I am at three months of using this product. I can notice a difference in Energy and the pay I feel overall. Needing to hit my protein goal is a must and this product is the perfect wat to do that. If you break the coast down into the amount that you pay for other proteins it is a great value. I am sensitive to other protein products but this is easy for me to digest and highly effective. Texture is perfect and clean. This will remain a staple in daily routine.

Horrific- why does it have to be so gaggy sweet. Coffee ruiner. Im going to choke it down because its so expensive, however i will go with non flavored from here on out.

I am a 53 y.o. woman. I have struggled in the past with peri-menopause/menopause symptoms, digestive issues, weight gain, etc. Like many, adding protein to my diet is good. I put a scoop of this in my coffee every morning and am now eating within a 6 hour window (12n-6pm), and all of my issues have resolved. I do take other supplements and HRT, but this is a great source of protein.

This is a quality supplement with quality ingredients. Doesn’t break a fast and works as intended. Dissolves easily and is easy to digest. Only 4 stars because of the taste. I tried a couple different flavors and none of them tasted great. However, to be fair, this is common with most BCAA’s that I’ve tried. I’ve yet to find a delicious brand. With that said, I would purchase this again, but it is on the high side, price wise.
