Ants came quickly and ready to work!

Awful. 2 outta 3 tubes were dead on arrival and the 3rd was lively. More then likely means the 2 were already dead when sent. No queen in any of the 3 tubes. This colony is doomed before it begins.

Quite a few ants arrived dead, and many were attacking each other very quickly upon putting them into the ant farm.

They came alive! Only 6 ant lives lost in transit, but that’s okay because their carcasses fed my venus fly trap. No queen I believe. One had wings which I assume is a male alate, but nonetheless good ant seller here, oh yea and they came a day earlier than expected so that was neat.

We received our ants during a very cold period of time. I was concerned for their health, but the majority of ants arrived alive and well and are still thriving after several weeks.

Order shipped faster than expected, ants arrived healthy and have been so much fun to watch.

Revised review - After a month I now see about 30 eggs and larvae being moved around by the ants. Not sure how they got there but they must have been laid. Did I get a queen? Did a queen evolve from the others? I will never know but am very pleased at what I am seeing.

NOT FOR KIDS- ANTS ARE PAINFUL BITERS.Not sure if this was some sort of mix-up but the ants came alive and let’s just say to clarify, even when placing these guys in the farm, they are fast moving painful biters and parents of curious children be warned- you may end up with a few potentially serious bites and lose track of any of them …
