My favorite way to take sea moss is actually to add it to my smoothie. The flavor is fine. It’s not like a treat or anything, but the consistency is fine too. I like to put it right into my smoothie. But for those that want to take this straight, you can easily take this by the spoonful and it’s kind of like a gel kind of consistency pudding but again it’s not really a treat. It’s not terrible, but I would not consider it a treat. Easy to take just remember to keep it in your fridge.

5/5 but gave 4/5 due to unsure amounts of added supplementation. I'm a heavy smoker. So far on my third bottle. It didn't cure my emotional damage through life or get me a better job, however, It gave me energy, cleared out !Excess! mucus and wonderful for my "Johnson". Didn't give me a facelift but helps with joint/skin/nail and no bloating after eating junk. Flavor is very great. Won't last a full 30 days, buy bulk.

This is a simple-to-take daily seamoss gel. You only need two tablespoons per day, and the strawberry flavor is subtle and tastes good. It definitely has that seaweed flavor that one would expect from sea moss, but if you know that going in, it won't be such a surprise. I haven't experienced any negative effects from taking this supplement. I definitely recommend this product!

This appears to be a decent Sea Moss product. Probably my favorite part is that it’s made by a new company that seems to have grown quickly since it;s advent in about 2020. To me this tastes like Sea Moss tastes, the Beachy ocean flavor hits early with a slightly bitter aftertaste, but it’s fairly easy to cover in my oatmeal. What follows is a safety related review for myself and anyone that’s interested.Transparency: It’s easy to find info online and interviews of the CEO of ‘True sea Moss” company. They have a robust web page, interviews with periodicals, and linked-in sites. Per their webpage, “True Sea Moss is sourced from a Marine-Protected Area off the coast of Nha Trang Bay, Vietnam. This bay is renowned for its pristine and unspoiled environment. Our dedicated local team responsibly collects the wildcrafted sea moss in its natural habitat, and it's then sun-dried right on the shore to maintain its quality and sustainability.”Accountability: Any product with investors is accountable to them, and a product that made 2.5 million n 2022 also s accountable to customers. They claim to manufacture this in the US and to be Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Certified. Amazon also requires 3rd party lab testing, however I’d love to see a printout of their Certificate of Analysis to see how much in the way of heavy metals etc are in this (almost every product has some).Quality: I would say this qualifies as a type of gel. It’s not delicious enough to be tempting to eat the jar with a spoon, but I don’t think sea moss is that sort of food. It’s got a bit of an oceany flavor – but I can also taste the mango flavor. I can cover up the taste pretty easily in my morning oatmeal (though I add a ton of stuff to it).I took off a star because I’d love to have a detailed rundown of everything that’s in this (what nutrients are in sea moss?). Also despite their reassurances on their webpage, I’d talk to my doctor before using something like this long term due to the impact that might possibly have on my health (I found the See Moss article at Web MD to be helpful).

Excellent taste and consistency similar to marmalade. I'm not tasting the sea moss, but the Apple/Cinnamon taste is quite good. No aftertaste or gastric issues - they seem to have hit the sweet spot of taste vs healthy contents. Product packaging is good, and directions and ingredients are easy to read. I've tried it on toast, English muffins, and plain yogurt - all with good results. In my opinion, think of it like jelly - something you add rather than something you eat by itself. By itself, the cinnamon is a little overpowering. Overall, it is an excellent product. I will definitely order it again.

This has an apple cinnamon scent and flavor. The texture is more reminiscent of a curd than a gel. There is an unfortunate slightly slimy feel right at the edge of the tongue. It is quite slight, but disqualifies this for anything more than being a good supplement for the immune system. I do appreciate the effort of making the sea moss easily ingestable and for that reason recommend it.

The Mango and Pineapple flavor tastes great and not artificial tasting. The added spirulina and artichoke leaf has just the slightest vegetal aftertaste, but still palatable.I've tried most of their flavors including Blue spirulina and Raspberry, Apple Cinnamon, Strawberry, Mango, and Original. I have yet to not enjoy any of them––they all taste great! The consistency of each flavor is the same; it is slightly gelatinous, similar to applesauce. Compared to other brands, the texture is very smooth and easy to eat. Some brands can be extremely gritty and off-putting. Thankfully the True Sea Moss brand has a pleasant, mellow consistency. My family loves eating it. I do find most picky eaters have no issues with eating this. I also love the packaging; each jar is wrapped securely in a thick layer of bubble wrap and then packaged securely in a snug box. I appreciate the mindful wrapping as I've never had any issues or damage to the jars thanks to this.
