Jaxon & James Big Apple Hat - Black

Nice hat well made but didn’t realise the big apple meant oversized baker boy hat I mean very oversized but I’ll try and get used to it.Other than that nice quality and great service thanks.

This is the second " Big Apple " cap I have bought from " Hats and Caps " and I am delighted with my purchases - especially at the price.The service from " Hats and Caps " is second to none with an immediate dispatch and extremely quick delivery ( ordered on 25th arrived on the 27th )The Big Apple is designed to be really full with enough material to pull down on one side - so anyone who is expecting a standard Baker boy / Newsboy cap should be aware of this - this information is stressed in the advert so anyone giving it a low score is being totally unfair.Yes, there are better quality hats and caps out there but not at the price.The cap is very lightweight but fully lined and well made.In my opinion, a real bargain.

Took me a while to find what these bigger/floppier newsboy caps are called, then to track down an affordable one. This works for me.For anyone confused by what people mean by "too big" etc, Google Lennon's "Power to the People" video and you'll get a good idea of what caps like this one look like. Right on!

Most Jaxon hats are pretty good, When I ordered this one I envisioned that this hat would be like the one in the photo. It is however very floppy and though the headband is the right size the rest of it sits like a peaked beret. It will do for use at a Christmas party, but I wouldn't wear it outside.
