Great deterrent to biting insects
I run a lot of trail races and hike a lot in various places around the world and this stuff is brilliant for midgies and mozzies. I think it also helps keep ticks at bay. Not greasy, easy to apply and smells nice. Doesn't stain clothes and a bottle goes a long way. Would recommend to anyone wanting relief from biting insects.

I enjoy using the Avon Skin So Soft Original Dry Oil Spray. It has a subtle smell and feels moisturising and nourishing on my skin without leaving the typical oily residue. Being a spray bottle makes this dry oil super easy to use / apply to the skin. I use this mostly in winter to rehydrate my skin.
