Love this heater/fan. Very easy to assemble the base and attach the unit. Can barely hear it as it warms my room. You can use the pre-set heat options level 1/5 or use the remote and set it to eco and set a specific temp you want. The air blows strong and the oscillating feature, which you can switch, helps heat the room quickly. It may seem a bit unsteady but I have cats and dogs running around it and it hasn’t fallen or even really wobbled. A bit pricy but worth it for ease of use and piece of mind

This is exactly what I needed for my room. My apartment is older so the heating and air system is iffy but this product is an absolute godsend. It comes with a remote, so you don’t have to get up to change it to heat or air (you can if you’d like, there are buttons on the fan itself. I am just lazy.) and you can set it to varying levels (heat— 5 settings, air— 15 settings). I’ve only had it for about two and a half months but so far it’s the truth. It’s perfect for these 20 degree days. It also rotates, so that’s a nice touch too. It’s quiet, I’m the type who likes a little bit of noise when trying to sleep and it’s just the right amount of noise. The only thing that I can say would be a little bit confusing is how it may randomly shut off sometimes, but like I said, you can just hit the remote and it’ll come back on.

This is kind of magical and amazing. We were staying at an Airbnb last summer with no air conditioning downstairs. This unit kept us cooler downstairs then the actual air conditioning did upstairs! Plus it kept us warm in the winter, without being overbearing or looking red hot. With so many settings, you're sure to find one perfect for your needs. Highly recommend as a great option that costs so much less and uses less energy, and is more versatile than an actual air conditioner.

I just purchased a second one because we liked the first one so much. Great temperature control, easy to use, safe, and effective. We now have one upstairs and downstairs for when it is extremely cold outside.

Works well with little to no noise but sometimes the electric supply gets tripped if we run another appliance simultaneously like an electric cooker. Easy to install and use

So far so good. Assembling the base can be a little tricky. Oscillation modes are nice. Like the 12 fan modes. Does not make much noise. 5 heat modes are nice, so far only have used mode 1, seems to heat nicely. Remote is straight forward, simple to use. Remember when you turn off the heater, the fan blows for a few seconds to dissipate the heat. Seems really sturdy.

Ok lets talk about this unit. First of all, aesthetically i love it, it looks good, I love that it can switch from fan to heater, and i can confirm its powerful enough to heat my basement, well at least to provide a little extra heat. That said, 4-5 days ago i switch it to fan mode, and it worked fine. Had to switch it to heat 2 days ago, and it displayed a PP message. I checked it, it basically says it is an overheating issue. When i went to see what the issue is, the cable was EXTREMELY hot. I am running it on a 20AMP circuit breaker installed by professionals. Now why the 1star despite the heating capabilities. - First this failure is 35 days in, so yeah it didn't last long - I called their support and the lady insisted the heater needs to run on its own circuit breaker... are you kidding me? Circuit breakers are supposed to support multiple things plugged in, and as long as these things aren't a vacuum, another heater, a fridge etc... you should be fine. I even checked this online, guess what, the issue more often than not is the plug for the space heater. - Also, Dreo is selling a space heater that is exceeding legal limits in the united states. When i checked the AMPs on the plug, the heater showed it was pulling 15.5 AMP! That makes it unsafe. I decided to continue with it anyways since i have a 20AMP circuit breaker. - my last issue is with their support agent, immediately their first step was to try and push blame on me, stating you must have many things plugged in to the circuit breaker, never stopping long enough to listen to what i said, "The heater has been running for over 31 days with NO ISSUES, on the same circuit breaker" I contacted support and I am hoping their will step up.

By far the best heater/fan combo on the market. Stylish, full functionality, very whisper quiet. Great value for the price. I’ve recently bought 3 different fans and this one is by far better than the others. I will recommend it to everyone and would buy Dreo products again without hesitation
