Other reviewers complained about the roller and I understand now what they meant. I'm not exactly sure why the manufacturer doesn't install it prior to shipping, but if I had to guess its related to the absolute pain in the a@@ it is to install. Nothing flexes (great for overall design) so forcing the roller into place requires a great deal of force and leverage. Once installed this is a very nice piece that requires no adjustments.

Works good one card at a time

These are really nice and work really well once you get it together, but on two separate purchases of these I've had the roller popped out of the brackets when you receive it, and it's kind of tough to get back together because the housing is not very flexible. That said, once it is put back together they look and work great!

Well made and super sturdy. Husband started work as a card dealer and we wanted something at home for him to practice with. Ten out of ten definitely recommend for those who need practice or just for your own game nights!

As expected, good quality, functions great

We use this for bowling poker. Where if a person takes a card when you get a spare or strike. It keeps the cards in order and not fallen over. Works great and you can add more cards when more people want to play.

Roller is not installed in place. Plastic is not flexible. I am sending it back yet a second time. I don’t want to break it trying to install the roller. The first one I ordered the plastic part wad broken when someone must have tried to install the roller. You can have it back. Wasting my time.

Please remove the words 8 decks out of your title and description. I am a online live dealer, we use 8 deck shoes. When all 8 decks are fully loaded into the shoe, there is still a little room in the back of the shoe for the weighted roller to sit comfortably in the back that way it can easily push the rest of the cards forward as we pull them from the slot. I loaded 8 decks into one of these shoes and the roller barely had space to sit in the back. If anything these are 6 deck shoes only. Amazon really needs to get on these companies about the accuracy of descriptions of their products. Unfortunately I can’t return them because I held onto them for months while I got the rest of my setup together. Smh…I should have tested them out as soon as they came. So now I have to remove 2 decks of cards just to make it look good when I’m using them unless I find and buy the proper shoes. The acrylic quality is good but not great. They’re missing some heft. It’s not that the shoes are flimsy, but…again, because I’m a dealer I know how strong the shoes are that we use on the tables. Plus the bottoms of our shoes are flat and have no openings underneath so no one can claim we’re cheating with hidden cards. The bottoms of these shoes are completely opened up. Last thing I need is some friends or family or people online watching my videos, claiming that I’m cheating. Other than that I am not mad at the product, it’s of decent to good quality, the price was right for it, and it got to me quickly. what upset me is that after taking weeks to find 8 deck shoes for a good price, I ended up getting these which had the wrong description because they are not 8 deck shoes. For that I had to give this product 3 stars.
