My experience with this product was terrible. After a couple of days, I had the worst headache that was continuous for days on end. Finally went away after not taking for 24 hours. Would not recommend- too expensive with too many side effects

I’m a person who likes trying things to help me feel better I brought this for menopause hot flashes brain fog other issues but some how I took a few & started using another pill but I ran out of them & ran cross these again. & I said let me try these for energy since never finished I took them & i started to feel so much better it balanced my mood swings energy through the roof & if I go a day without them i feel the shift i came back on here to reorder because i don’t want go back to feeling that way & I also lost 5 pounds because I don’t eat as much & have so much more energy

There is a little smell from the bottle. It did not seem to really help with hit flash which was my reason for getting it it did help With mood swings
