Nice lil bike
Not bad for the price, and for being a random bike off of Amazon. Had to build the bike which isn't hard, but if you're not familiar with what you are doing, you should take it into a bike shop and have someone put it together for you and to tighten everything. True to sizing. Not as lightweight as other road bikes I've had but it's not heavy by any means. The handles are a little odd but handles are easy to replace.

A nice and light bike
Today it arrived in perfect condition with everything as expected, and after 40 minutes my wife and I we finish to assemble the bike, no major issues. I rode a little and it is really light and speedy, but I feel that I have to get used with it, and I eager to start riding, and then I see its quality, but so far so good.

Much better than I expected
I've had this bike for about a year and a half or about 2000 miles, it has far exceeded my expectations. At its price point I guess I expected it to be an uncomfortable mess that falls apart after a few weeks. It's been a solid performer and makes for both a reliable daily driver as well as a solid piece of equipment for both long rides or short sprint workouts. Most of the other reviews mention the same missing screw over and over. I do remember that mine had fallen off in shipping, but I found them in the box under one of the flaps. I wonder how many people who's were missing got thrown out with the box. It took me a little while to get everything adjusted and tightened down, but once I did I never had a problem again. The shifting and drivetrain are dependable, once I got the derailleurs dialed in I never have to worry about the chain slipping or falling off the chainring. I did have to order a stem riser, the handlebars are very low, which was a problem for me when I got it because I wasn't used to being in that riding position, I didn't have a lot of experience on a road bike. Because of its price point I suspect a lot of riders who choose this bike will have the same problem. The customer service so far has been pretty great. About a year into ownership I reached out to the amazon seller about the specs on replacement parts, and they've happily answered quickly every time I do. Its definitely not the lightest or most aero bike on the market, but it doesn't exactly make me yearn for something lighter or sleeker. Mine weighs 28lbs currently, it's easy enough to carry up and down stairs, and I don't feel like its weight is hurting me on climbs. I've been training quite a bit on this bike this summer and I've made massive gains in personal performance, honestly I get a special kind of joy riding this bike blowing past riders on one to two thousand dollar bikes on my local bike trails. Overall I've been very happy with this bike, and would probably recommend it to friends who were looking to get into cycling

Don't be fooled
This is NOT a road bike. I wanted to try cycling, thought this would be a good starter bike. I loved riding, road multiplexes a week. Every day for at least 30-45 mins. I was getting about 8-9miles a trip. I road at least 5 or 6 times a week. The bike literally fell apart. Brakes popped off mid ride, bounced off my front spoke and almost hit me in the face. Took two trips to bike shop to get it going initially. Then the front gears snapped going up a hill and chain popped off. Had to call a ride to get home... I was 6 miles away from home. Its.a.good bike, if u just want leisure here n there. Don't get it if u really want a road bike. I ended up at a bike shop and bought a real road bike. Good news, Amazon gave me a full refund, which I used to purchase an entry level road bike. The Hiland customer service was cool also. They weren't argumentative or dismissive. if I had questions, they were answered promptly via email. Lesson learned.

Takes lot of work to assemble and tune. But after 6 month and 500m miles, it is a great bike!
This bike looks good. Attached a picture for you to see. However, it took me hours and hours to watch youtube videos and adjust the bike to make it work. 1. front fork is installed reversed. 2. front disk brake does not brake. rear disk brake keeps rubbing. The second problem took me hours to finally get to a riding condition. I would say the assembly from the factory did a horrible job and if you are a beginner, going to your local bike shop is a better choice. After a week and 100 miles, I raised the review to three stars. Both disk brakes are tuned three times and I finally got it right. Ride is smooth. Bike is light. I am happy. Update after a month After around 200 miles, right shifter indicators broke. The shifter does the job but the indicator stuck a 1. After 6 months and 500+ miles. I love this bike! Solid and great fun in riding it.

Hopeful but not impressed yet
Bought this bike looking for a nice, value road bike. It’s moderately priced so I was hopeful to get decent quality. I read some of the reviews but took a chance that I would get a good bike. I just received it today. Here are some thoughts. Positives: * Looks really nice * Right sized for me * Fairly easy to assemble, especially with a video available on YouTube * Lightweight frame Negatives: * The bike was missing a screw for the front brake. This seems to be a recurring issue. Speaks to QC issues. I reached out to seller for a screw so I can finish the assembly and ride the bike. One screw! So far my first ride has to wait. Seller said they would send it out right away. Waiting to receive it. * No kickstand. I guess it’s been a while since I bought a bike. No kickstand? Really? * The paint on the lower frame, left side was scratched. Bummer because it is right over the Hiland logo. Pretty disappointed as the paint job is otherwise nice * Shimano shift levers are affixed to the handle bar with a thin metal bracket which is pinched closed with a screw. You can’t tighten the shift levers tight enough to keep them from spinning around the handle bar! This prevents you from being able to change gears, which is a critical part of the bike’s operation. Not acceptable. Does anyone know how to fix this? If I can’t resolve I may just return the bike. Bottom line….nice bike on paper. Four negative issues that give me pause for the price I paid. If I can fix the front brake and the shift levers, this could work out. We shall see. Will provide update soon.

High quality nice bicycle
Finally put the comfort seat replace the petals I didn’t even try the originals; So far so good everything seems tight and intact The last bike I had was a Giordano aversa Road bike almost identical to the design of this bike except this bike is more compact and smaller now for what this bike is Is a high quality road bike for someone maybe 5 foot 9 or 10 because Or shorter just because the seating position and the brakes it is a smaller biked in my Giordano was; but as it is the upright position is really comfortable it’s sporty but the braking position for someone who is 5 foot 11 and up is really lean forward so what I do is break with one hand at a time unless if I’m coming down the hill which I just get into the leans forward almost super sport position for breaking but I got back from the store last night in the rain I was confident with the new tires and everything went well with the bike I just did the pedals the seat in a phone holder with the bottle holder five stars ✨ 🌟 hiland!

Good beginner bike - clunky gears tho
Great beginner road bike, I’ve had it for over a year now and have done two triathlons with it. I couldn’t put it together myself for fear I would mess up the breaks, but my local bike shop had no problem. My only trouble with this bike is the gears, they change fine but it’s a little sketchy sometimes - they clunk, and catch sometimes a few moments later. For the price is definitely worth it - especially for beginners. I’ve ridden over 150 miles on it.
