Great product
Great product, wish I had purchased it years ago. Great for small cakes & tarts, so easy to pop out once cooked due to soft silicone. It holds it shape in the oven & you do not need to place it on a flat tray, or use paper cake cases.

Small Quatre
Baking cakes and fancies has moved on a lot since my childhood. We used to use an old tray that was more rust than metal and the best part of making cakes was getting to eat any of the raw batter that had been left behind. Thankfully, the 'Levivo Silicone Petit Fours Baking Tray' does not prevent you from eating that heady mix, but it may make your baking a little easier to handle. The benefits of silicone are apparent as soon as you start using it for baking, it is more stick free and the flexible nature means that you can pop out the cakes much easier. The issue with some silicone trays is that they are a little too floppy, putting it in the oven is like trying to wrestle a particularly troublesome fish.Thankfully, Levivo are a high end brand and they have come up with a simple solution that works. Rather than binning all the old fashioned metal for newfangled plastics, they have actually kept one element that works well. Inside the lip of the tray is a metal wire that keeps it sturdy. You now have the best of both worlds, a sturdy tray, but also one that allows you pop out your cakes with ease. The only tiny misgiving I have with this particular tray is that it is for Petit Fours and these are small morsels. You really won't get any big cakes with this and the tray may be better used for creating a set of amuse-bouches for a starter, or as cakes for toddlers.

Silicon Cupcake or Petit Four Baking Tray
It’s a cupcake tray to me, and it is for small cupcakes. More icing less cake is fine.i want to be baking with my granddaughters and the icing part is the best part.So a small size like this is ideal.I have been using a silicon place mat for hot dishes for some years. This was my introduction to silicon an I have found it to be very durable and practical. The grey colour isn’t pleasing to me, I would have preferred a definite colour, not red, a blue or green I think. The inserts for the cupcakes are soft which is brilliant for turning out. You can just firmly press from underneath and out they pop. This is more fun and slightly easier than a tin.Because it is a non stick product you do not have to grease and I like this better than using Non stick Teflon which easily becomes scratched and possibly toxic.Silicon is rust proof which is great because I have lost many tins if I leave them too long without using them they can soon begin to rust. You must wash this product before using and it can be put in the dishwasher, another plus. You can also put this item in the freezer though I can’t think why you would.I have tried baking with this just the one time so far and I did find the product easy to use and there were no problems.

More excellent silicone bakeware from a brand I was unfamiliar with
What’s good:Excellent silicone bakewareAll the other positive that go with silicone bakewareWhat’s not so good:A bit expensiveQuoted temperature thresholdExcessive amazon packagingThis is the second piece of bakeware from ‘Levivo’ that I have tried, and it is just as consistent and well-made as the other piece. This is in the more conservative grey colour (which I’m inclined to prefer) and is meant for petit fours or small-sized cupcakes. The same reinforced rim is present in this model as the others in the range, which make for a comfortable and reassuring sturdiness to the frame without making it in any way heavy or liable to collapse under its own weight whilst baking. Not having to pre-grease the tray is always a plus point, and being soft and flexible it is easy to remove the baked items with little-to-no fuss.As with the other items in this range, the manufacturer quotes a temperature tolerance of -20C to +220C which I personally feel is a little tight. Some people run their freezers below the usual -18C and most household cookers will go to +230C so it would be reassuring to know that the bakeware could withstand a wider range of temperature tolerance just for added peace of mind.I’m more than happy to recommend this silicone bakeware, although at the time of review the price of £21.37 is a bit pricey.

Brilliant to bake little treats for your toddler
My wife has never been a baker (her own words, not mine), but ever since our three year-old daughter showed interest in baking, my wife has made more of an effort to bake things together. This silicone tray works really well to make little cupcakes with our daughter. My wife, not being very familiar with silicone items for baking, was a bit dubious about putting something that looks like plastic in a very hot oven. But don't worry, that's how it is meant to work! The cupcakes came out very easily from the tray and, as they have added a metal frame to support the silicone, it is very sturdy. Another plus, it is dishwasher safe.If you are adventurous, you can also use this tray in the freezer to get some good size ice cubes. All in all, my wife really recommends this product and this brand. She is looking into buying more silicone trays for different size cupcakes.
