Love it gets good n hott

This Chi straightener does an amazing job at straightening my shoulder length hair. My hair has a little wave to it and it definitely does what it’s intended to do! Plus, an extra bonus is the bright pink and fun yellow bananas all over it! Who doesn’t like bananas, right!!!

Packaging came dented because Amazon sent it in a paper packet instead of a box. It thankfully didn't damage the flat iron. This is my second ever Chi. The first one lasted 15 years. This new one feels just as nice and lightweight.The flat iron itself blinks while heating up and turns solid once ready to use. It heats up quick. I have very thick 2a hair that this flat iron takes like a champ. It doesn't pull on my hair or feel uncomfortable. I have never once had a problem with it burning my hair. The dial wheel for temperature control is a nice addition my previous Chi did not have.If you are looking for a budget friendly and reliable, simple flat iron then this is it! Treat her with care and she will last you many years.

Works well, but I feel like it's causing static with my hair.

This is the perfect travel flat iron. It is lightweight fits into a tiny spot in the travel bag. Heats up quickly and stays consistently hot at the same temperature.The Chi was affordable and shipped as promised.

I have thick course grey hair and this does not work at all to straighten it

My daughter absolutely loves these. They get very hot and the cute bananas add to the cuteness. I love that they are pretty and also fuctional. I recommend these for black hair care.
