How much do i mix for a shot? Or a 6oz bottle ?

Whatever you like, I suppose. I sprinkle it on salads, in cooked green vegetables, and a teaspoon "dissolved" in a glass of lemon-flavored water.

Is this powder light or dark in color?

The Wheatgrass Powder is light-green in color, however, the powder may transfer to a darker color if used with just water, and or as a tea, which is similar to (Matcha, a healthy green-powder mix). Otherwise, it is ideal as a mix whether it is added to a cold or hot beverage or any other preferred liquid...😊🙏🏾
